Delivery is FREE to anywhere within Australia and New Zealand. We are currently unable to ship to any other countries.

All orders are delivered by Australia Post e-Parcel. You will receive an email from us with an AusPost tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Time Frames (Australia):

NSW: 2-3 business days
VIC: 2-3 business days
QLD: 3-4 business days
WA: 5-6 business days
SA: 4-5 business days

Delivery Time Frames (New Zealand):

NZ: 4-5 business days

If you do not receive your order within this time frame, please contact us via the contact us page. Your personal information (name address and telephone details) will be used, as provided by you, by Australia Post to deliver your package.

Refund Policy

Pretty Pod will comply with all Australian and State Laws including the Australian Consumer Law. We will accept the return of goods and provide a full refund (including shipping costs) where:

The goods are not the item you ordered (incorrect supply) or
The goods are defective when supplied or
The goods differ from the advertised description or
The goods are not fit for their intended purpose

Where any of the above has occurred please contact us by email (hello@prettypod.com.au).

Please keep in mind the following:

Approval to return the goods must be obtained from us
The returned goods must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and returns form obtained from us
The refund will only be provided when the goods have been received by us and we have inspected them to determine whether they are in ‘as sold’ condition. This includes damage to the packaging. Where either the goods or packaging are damaged, we may not provide any refund or only a partial refund.

It is your responsibility to meet the costs of returning the goods to us, and to take care that they are not damaged while in your care or in transit.

We strongly recommend that an insured or registered postal service is used for returns as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
